A Creative Outlet
I have always loved anything creative. Over the pandemic while I was stuck at home watching Tik Tok videos, I started getting interested in doing fun makeup looks.
Doing the makeup was a great way to fill my time and use my creativity in a new way. Now that the world has opened back up, I haven't had as much time to spend doing my creative looks, but when I do, I have a lot of fun.
A Professional Challenge
I am currently facing an issue at work. I have been at my company for 10 years and have loved the majority of the people that I work with.
Recently, my manager who I had gotten along with extremely well decided to leave the company. Unfortunately, I am not thrilled with her replacement. This has made me extremely frustrated in my role and feeling unappreciated. I have considered leaving, but am making attempts to try to understand her work style before making such a drastic change.
